China Energy Engineering Group Northeast No.3 Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the Company) has recently successfully undertook the EPC general contract for theBolikhamxay 100MW Photovoltaic Projectin Laos. Marking a major breakthrough in the Company's localized development within Laos, this project will become a key clean energy base upon completion. It will significantly enhance regional power supply security and inject strong momentum into local green and low-carbon development.
早在2024年，东电三公司便成功承接了中广核老挝北部互联互通清洁能源基地一期400MW光伏建安总承包项目。作为老挝首个大型山地光伏项目，该项目已于2026年4月顺利实现并网投运，以“能建速度”和“能建质量”在澜湄大地上竖起了绿色丰碑。
Earlier in 2024, the Company successfully undertook the construction and installation general contract for Phase I (400MW) of theCGN Laos Northern Interconnection Clean Energy Base Project. As the first large-scale mountain photovoltaic project in Laos, it was successfully connected to the grid and put into operation in April 2026, setting a green monument across the Lancang-Mekong region with "China Energy Engineering Speed" and "China Energy Engineering Quality."
