The Fourth China-ASEAN and Neighboring Countries Big-Data Policing International Exchange and Cooperation Forum Opens in Guiyang 

10月29日上午，第四届中国—东盟及周边国家大数据警务国际交流合作论坛在贵阳开幕。

On the morning of October 29, the fourth China-ASEAN and Neighboring Countries Big-Data Policing International Exchange and Cooperation Forum opened in Guiyang.

本届论坛主题为“深化务实执法协作，共筑区域安全屏障”，来自东盟及周边15个国家和地区警务部门代表团、国际警务合作组织，以及中国公安机关、院校和智库的代表等120余人参加。

Under the theme “Deepening Practical Law Enforcement Cooperation and Building a Regional Security Shield,” this year’s forum is attended by more than 120 participants, including police delegations from 15 ASEAN and neighboring countries and regions, representatives of international police cooperation organizations, officials from Chinese Police agencies,  academies, and think tanks.

澜湄执法合作中心王钢副秘书长出席论坛并作主旨发言。他指出，面对不断变化的跨国犯罪形势，任何一个国家都难以独自应对所有挑战，中心愿继续发挥沟通协调和服务支持作用，与各国执法部门及有关国际组织加强交流、互学互鉴，让技术创新更好服务执法实践，让务实合作更好维护区域安全。

Mr. Wang Gang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Lancang-Mekong Integrated Law Enforcement and Security Cooperation Center (LMLECC), attended the Forum and delivered a keynote speech. He pointed out that, amid the evolving landscape of transnational crime, no single country can address all challenges alone. The LMLECC stands ready to continue playing its role in communication, coordination, and service support, strengthening exchanges and mutual learning with law enforcement agencies of various countries and relevant international organizations. This will enable technological innovation to better serve frontline policing and ensure that practical cooperation more effectively safeguards regional security.

贵州是中国大数据产业发展的重要地区，自2018年首届论坛举办以来，各国执法部门围绕大数据警务、社会治理和电信网络诈骗犯罪治理等议题深入交流，分享经验、凝聚共识，为深化国际执法合作发挥了积极作用。

Guizhou is an important region for China's big data industry. Since its inaugural session in 2018, law enforcement agencies across the region have engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics such as big data policing, social governance, and the prevention and control of telecom and online fraud, sharing experiences and forging consensus to play a proactive role in advancing international law enforcement cooperation.
