On September 9, Wang Xiaohong, Member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of Public Security, met in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, with Luong Tam Quang, Member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and Minister of Public Security of Vietnam, who was in China to attend the 2026 Conference of the Global Public Security Cooperation Forum (Lianyungang).王小洪表示，中方愿同越方落实好两党两国最高领导人重要共识，共同维护政治安全，加强多边场合沟通协调，携手应对风险挑战，为加快构建更高水平具有战略意义的中越命运共同体保驾护航。Wang Xiaohong stated that China stands ready to work with Vietnam to effectively implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two Parties and two countries, jointly safeguard political security, strengthen communication and coordination in multilateral arenas, and join hands to address risks and challenges, so as to provide robust safeguards for accelerating the building of a China-Vietnam community with a shared future that carries strategic significance at a higher level.梁三光表示，感谢中方派出高水平代表团赴越开展“同一片云天”文艺交流，愿同中方赓续传统友谊，深化执法安全合作，更好维护两国和地区安全稳定。Luong Tam Quang expressed gratitude to China for dispatching a high-level delegation to Vietnam to conduct the "Under the Same Blue Sky" cultural and art exchange.
