2026年1月至8月，柬埔寨当局共侦办7347起毒品案件，抓捕19652名涉毒人员，其中49.5%涉及毒品贩运、制造、持有或运输，50.5%为吸毒人员。执法人员共查获2.65吨毒品、282公斤干大麻及2.26吨毒品前体化学品，主要毒品包括氯胺酮、摇头丸、海洛因、冰毒、甲基苯丙胺片剂和可卡因。

Cambodia Has Handled 7,347 Drug-related Cases and Arrested 19,652 People
From January to August, 2026, Cambodian authorities handled 7,347 drug-related cases and arrested 19,652 drug-related suspects. Of those arrested, 49.5% were involved in drug trafficking, manufacturing, possession or transportation, while 50.5% were drug users. Authorities seized 2.65 tonnes of drugs, 282 kilograms of dried cannabis and 2.26 tonnes of drug precursor chemicals. The drugs seized mainly included ketamine, ecstasy, heroin, crystal methamphetamine (Ice), methamphetamine tablets and cocaine.

柬埔寨金边市执法部门捣毁1处涉嫌网络诈骗窝点

Cambodia Phnom Penh Authorities Dismantle a Suspected Online Scam Den
On September 1, the Phnom Penh police, in coordination with the Anti-Technology Crime Office, successfully dismantled an online fraud operation concealed within a residential property in Boeng Keng Kang District. During the raid, officers apprehended 18 Bangladeshi nationals and seized 17 all-in-one desktop computers, 1 laptop, 19 personal mobile phones, 7 phones used for criminal activities, 5 passports, 2 employee ID cards and 1 motorcycle.

格尔木警方捣毁跨区域电诈窝点 抓获7人
2026年7月，格尔木市公安局刑侦大队接核查线索，锁定1个流窜多省作案的域名代办类电信网络诈骗团伙。该团伙伪装成专业中介机构，谎称可代办网络域名交易售卖、资质办理等业务，借机骗取群众钱财。
近日，民警辗转青海、江西、湖南、湖北、陕西、西藏6省区开展集中抓捕，捣毁涉案窝点，抓获7名涉案人员，现场查获车辆、笔记本电脑、手机、打印机等各类作案工具。截至目前，警方已核实破获诈骗案件8起，涉案金额100余万元（折合约13.7万美元）。

Golmud Police Bust Cross-Regional Telecom Fraud Gang, Arrest 7 Suspects
In July 2026, the Criminal Investigation Unit of Golmud Municipal Public Security Bureau received verification clues and identified a cross-provincial telecom fraud gang engaged in domain-name agency scams. Disguised as professional intermediaries, the gang lied about offering services including online domain-name trading, sales and qualification processing to defraud members of the public of their money.
Recently, police officers conducted coordinated arrest operations across 6 provincial-level regions: Qinghai, Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Shaanxi and Xizang. They took down the fraud den and apprehended 7 involved persons and seized vehicles, laptops, mobile phones, printers and other crime-related tools at the scene. So far, the police have verified and solved 8 fraud cases with over 1,000,000 CNY (approximately 137,000 USD) involved.

Lao District Bans Accommodation Providers From Aiding Cybercrime Groups
On September 1, the Culture and Tourism Office of Thoulakhom District in Vientiane Province issued a notice barring hotels, guesthouses, resorts, apartment operators, restaurants and other service providers from offering accommodation, premises or other assistance to groups involved in cybercrime, gambling or scams. The notice also prohibits direct or indirect involvement in such activities and extends the restrictions to private homes, rental properties, commercial buildings and row houses. The measures implement Lao Government Order No. 32 on strengthening the prevention and suppression of cybercrime, online gambling and scam operations.

Myanmar Police Seize Stimulant Tablets Worth 15.2 Million MMK
On August 31, Myanmar’s anti-narcotics police joint task force, acting on a tip-off, conducted a search at a suspect’s residence in Ward 92 of Dagon Myothit (Seikkan) Township. During the operation, law enforcement officers seized 76,000 stimulant tablets valued at 15.2 million MMK (approximately 7,260 USD), along with 1 mobile phone.

缅甸两镇区查获4.6万片兴奋剂药片
8月26日16时，缅甸禁毒警察部队联合小组在Amarapura镇区Kyin Tan街区1处住宅内查获兴奋剂药片2万片（价值4000万缅元，折合约1.9万美元），和手机2部，抓获2名嫌疑人。18时许，警方在同一街区抓获1名嫌疑人，查获药片4000片（价值800万缅元，折合约3800美元）、摩托车1辆及手机1部。20时30分，警方在Sintgaing区Myauk Kaing村该嫌疑人住所再查获药片2.2万片（价值4400万缅元，折合约2.1万美元）。

Myanmar Police Seize 46,000 Stimulant Tablets in 2 Townships
At 4:00 p.m. on August 26, a joint team from the Anti-Drug Police Force searched a house in Kyin Tan Ward, Amarapura Township, and seized 20,000 stimulant tablets (worth 40 million MMK, approximately 19,000 USD) and 2 mobile phones, arresting 2 suspects. At around 6:00 p.m., police arrested another suspect in the same ward, seizing 4,000 tablets (worth 8 million MMK, approximately 3,800 USD), 1 motorcycle, and 1 mobile phone. At 8:30 p.m., police searched the suspect's residence in Myauk Kaing Village, Sintgaing Township, and seized an additional 22,000 tablets (worth 44 million MMK, approximately 21,000 USD).
In total, 46,000 stimulant tablets valued at approximately 92 million MMK (approximately 44,000 USD) were seized, and 3 suspects were arrested.

Thai Police Seize 500 Kilograms of Methamphetamine in Nonthaburi Province
In the early hours of September 3, Thai police in Nonthaburi Province, together with the Narcotics Suppression Bureau and Military Intelligence of the Operations Centre, Special Warfare Command, raided a residence in Bang Bua Thong District based on intelligence from prior extended investigations, arrested 1 suspect and seized 500 kilograms of methamphetamine worth over 100?million THB (approximately 3.01?million USD).

9月2日，越南义安省警方通报禁毒成果：2025年初以来共查处毒品案件675起、抓获涉案人员1049名，缴获各类毒品逾260公斤。警方还联合老挝波里坎赛、川圹两省警方侦办专案，抓获7名嫌疑人，缴获冰毒38公斤、海洛因8块、合成毒品1.8万粒，并在老挝抓获2名潜逃多年的通缉人员。

Nghe An Police Have Seized Over 260 kg of Drugs Since Early 2025
On September 2, police in Nghe An Province reported their anti-drug results: since early 2025 they had handled 675 drug cases, arrested 1,049 people and seized more than 260 kg of drugs of various kinds. The provincial police also ran joint operations with police of Borikhamxay and Xieng Khouang provinces in Laos, arresting 7 suspects, seizing 38 kg of methamphetamine, 8 blocks of heroin and 18,000 synthetic drug pills, and catching 2 fugitives who had been hiding in Laos for years.
