柬埔寨执法部门开展打击网络诈骗行动 抓获147名嫌疑人
8月13日，柬埔寨执法部门在班迭棉吉省波贝市对3处涉嫌从事网络诈骗活动的地点开展突击行动，共抓获147名嫌疑人，其中包括82名越南籍人员、33名泰国籍人员、18名中国籍人员，以及14名柬埔寨籍人员。同时，执法人员查获大量手机和电脑。

Cambodian Law Enforcement Authorities Launch Anti-Online Scam Operations, Arrest 147 Suspects
On August 13, Cambodian law enforcement authorities conducted raids on 3 locations suspected of being involved in online scam activities in Poipet City, Banteay Meanchey Province, arresting a total of 147 suspects, including 82 Vietnamese nationals, 33 Thai nationals, 18 Chinese nationals and 14 Cambodian nationals. Meanwhile, officers seized a large number of mobile phones and computers.

Sihanoukville police cracked a major drug case during raids on a hotel in Village 3, Buon Commune, Sihanoukville, and a martial arts training club in Village 4, Buon Commune, arresting 6 foreign men and seizing 2.346 kg of drugs, 0.181 kg of suspected drug substances, 2.532 kg of chemicals used to manufacture drugs, and various items of drug paraphernalia.

Cambodia Cracks Down on 27 Drug-Related Cases, Arrests 80 Suspects
On August 16, Cambodian law enforcement authorities cracked down on 27 drug-related cases nationwide, arresting 80 suspects. The cases included 5 drug trafficking cases involving 12 suspects, 12 drug transportation and storage cases involving 16 suspects, and 10 drug use cases involving 52 suspects. Officers seized approximately 0.417 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine (Ice) and 2.045 kilograms of heroin.

近日，崇左边境管理支队成功侦破一起特大组织偷渡案，共抓获涉案人员400余人，打掉犯罪团伙12个，查扣车辆80余辆，捣毁中转窝点20余个，斩断偷渡通道5条。
经查，该犯罪团伙以余某为核心，与境外“蛇头”相互勾结，通过社交平台发布虚假“境外高薪招聘”信息，招募全国各地人员，并在华南某地设置多个中转窝点，通过层层转运将有关人员偷渡出境，送往境外电诈园区并逼迫其从事电信网络诈骗活动。

Chongzuo Border Management Detachment Busts Major Human Smuggling Network
The Chongzuo Border Management Detachment recently announced the successful dismantling of a major human smuggling network. More than 400 people involved in the case have been apprehended, with 12 criminal groups dismantled, over 80 vehicles seized, more than 20 transit hideouts raided, and 5 smuggling routes disrupted.
Investigations found that the criminal network, headed by a suspect surnamed Yu, colluded with overseas human smugglers to post fraudulent advertisements offering “high-paying overseas jobs” on social media platforms. Recruits from across China were transported through several transit locations in southern China before being smuggled abroad and sent to overseas telecom fraud compounds, where they were forced to engage in telecommunications fraud.

8月14日，老挝沙湾拿吉省公安厅将72名外籍犯罪嫌疑人移交老挝公安部继续调查处理。其中，69人涉嫌参与呼叫中心电信网络诈骗，另有3人涉嫌非法出入境。
涉案人员包括中国籍52人、越南籍8人、埃塞俄比亚籍4人、卢旺达籍2人、喀麦隆籍1人、缅甸籍1人、菲律宾籍1人，以及非洲其他地区3人。

Lao Savannakhet Authorities Transfer 72 Foreign Suspects to Lao Ministry of Public Security
On August 14, the Savannakhet Provincial Public Security Department transferred 72 foreign suspects to the Lao Ministry of Public Security for further investigation. Of the group, 69 were suspected of involvement in call centre-based telecom fraud, while the other 3 were suspected of illegally entering or leaving Laos.
The suspects included 52 Chinese nationals, 8 Vietnamese nationals, 4 Ethiopian nationals, 2 Rwandan nationals, 1 Cameroonian national, 1 Myanmar national, 1 Philippine national and 3 individuals from other parts of Africa.

缅甸移交11名涉电信网络诈骗外籍人员
近日，缅甸移交11名涉及妙瓦底-水沟谷地区网络赌博、电信诈骗和其他犯罪活动的外籍人员至其各自国籍国，包括4名巴基斯坦人、3名印度人、2名菲律宾人、1名喀麦隆人和1名肯尼亚人。
执法人员表示，自2025年1月30日至2026年8月15日期间，共拘留约有14760名非法进入妙瓦底镇区的外籍人员。其中，已有13820人经泰国被遣返原籍国。此外，尚有216名外籍人员待移交，另有724人因违反缅甸移民及禁毒法规将被依法处理。

11 Foreign Nationals Transferred Over Telecom Fraud Links
Recently, 11 foreign nationals linked to online gambling, telecommunications fraud and other criminal activities in the Myawady-Shwe Kokko area have been handed over to their respective countries, including 4 Pakistanis, 3 Indians, 2 Filipinos, 1 Cameroonian and 1 Kenyan.
Authorities stated that a total of 14,760 foreign nationals who had illegally entered Myawady Township between 30 January 2025 and 15 August 2026 had been detained and processed. Of these, 13,820 had been repatriated to their respective countries via Thailand. Another 216 foreign nationals are awaiting transfer, while 724 remain subject to legal action for violations of Myanmar’s immigration and drug-related laws.

Thai Cyber Police Arrest Super?Admin of Cross?Border Online Gambling Ring
On August 15, Thai cyber police arrested the super?admin of a cross?border online gambling syndicate in Nakhon Pathom Province.
The suspect, 29?year?old Chalisa, received four months of back-end operations training in Poipet, Cambodia. Following Cambodia’s special crackdown on online gambling, she returned to Thailand to operate remotely. The gambling websites under her management recorded a monthly turnover of over 100?million Thai baht (approximately 2.9?million USD).

泰国边境禁毒指挥部联合部署边境扫毒行动
8月15日至16日，泰国北部、东北部两大边境禁毒指挥部在清迈召开联合作战会议，统筹军警民力量打击跨境贩毒。

Thai Border Narcotics Commands Deploy Joint Anti?Drug Operations and Release Seizure Results
From August 15 to 16, Thailand’s Northern and Northeastern Border Narcotics Suppression Commands held a joint operational meeting in Chiang Mai, coordinating military, police and civilian resources to combat cross?border drug trafficking.
According to reports, since October 2025, northern anti?narcotics authorities have seized 588 million methamphetamine pills and 19 tonnes of crystal methamphetamine. The northeastern unit confiscated 100 million methamphetamine pills and 7 tonnes of crystal methamphetamine. The seized drugs are valued at over 4 billion Thai baht (approximately 121 million USD).

越南胡志明市警方破获重大毒品走私案
2023年3月16日，新山一国际机场海关发现4名空乘人员携带有157支藏有超过2.9公斤氯胺酮和8.3公斤MDMA的牙膏。
经过长期调查，胡志明警方认定本案主犯系Ha Danh Nam。该犯罪嫌疑人利用国际物流服务、空乘人员将大量毒品隐藏在食品、日用品中，从法国运往越南进行毒品交易，所有交易通过加密通信平台进行。通过打击Ha Danh Nam犯罪集团，胡志明警方共抓获1500余名犯罪嫌疑人，摧毁500余条毒品贩卖路线。

Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City Police Crack Major Drug Smuggling Case
On March 16, 2023, customs officers at Tan Son Nhat International Airport discovered that four flight attendants were carrying 157 toothpaste tubes containing over 2.9 kilograms of ketamine and 8.3 kilograms of MDMA.
After investigation in a extensive scope, Ho Chi Minh City police identified the mastermind of this case as Ha Danh Nam. The suspect used international logistics services and flight attendants to smuggle large quantities of drugs from France to Vietnam, concealing them in food and daily necessities. All transactions were conducted via encrypted communication platforms. Through the crackdown on Ha Danh Nam's criminal network, Ho Chi Minh City police arrested over 1,500 suspects and dismantled more than 500 drug trafficking routes.
